1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All $50 deposits are strictly non-refundable. This small deposit helps cover upfront planning costs and secure your place on a limited-capacity trip, which is why it’s non-refundable.​

2. Final Payment Deadlines

Each trip has a unique payment schedule depending on its departure date. You must pay the remaining balance by the dates listed below. If payments are not made on time, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Full Payment Due Dates by Trip:

• New Zealand: 100% due by July 18

• Uluru (August departure): 100% due by July 24

• Uluru (September departure):
  – 50% due by July 22
  – 100% due by August 22

• Whitsundays Sailing Trip: 100% due by August 2

• Costa Rica:
  – 50% due by August 11
  – 100% due by September 11

• Mystical Mountains of Nepal: 100% due by August 10

• Annapurna Circuit:
  – 50% due by August 4
  – 100% due by September 4

• Everest Base Camp:
  – 50% due by August 25
  – 100% due by September 25

3. Failure to Pay

Failure to pay the final amount owing for your trip on time (either 50% or full) will be a consideration of your booking as cancelled.

4a. If you wish to cancel your (domestic) trip: 

               - 30 days or more prior to the departure date, you will receive full refund minus the booking deposit.

               - between 7 and 29 days prior to the departure date, you will receive 50% refund of the total booking                     cost.

               - within 7 days of the departure date, no refund will be given

4b. If you wish to cancel your (international) trip: 

               - 60 days or more prior to the departure date, you will receive full refund minus the booking deposit.

               - between 30 and 59 days prior to the departure date, you will receive 50% refund of the total booking                     cost.

               - within 29 days of the departure date, no refund will be given
