Crescent Head Surf Retreat
Escape to the laid-back coastal paradise of Crescent Head for a week that’s all about you. This women’s surf and yoga retreat is your chance to slow down, switch off, and soak up all the good vibes. Think surf camp hangs surrounded by nature, nourishing meals, yoga sessions, and the ocean just minutes away.
This dreamy little surf town has a world-famous point break with friendly waves for all levels, especially beginners and long boarders. Whether it’s your very first wave or your first green one, our beginner lessons will help you build confidence in the water and have lots of fun while doing it! Surfing with the girls means no pressure, just lots of laughs, high-fives, and maybe a few party waves too!
When we’re surfed out, we’ll unwind with yoga to stretch out those paddling muscles and reset for another round of sunshine and saltwater. Everything’s taken care of, so you can ditch the to-do list, let your hair down, and just be. Sometimes a week of surfing, laughter, and connection is exactly what you need to come back home to yourself.

Itinerary:
DAY 1 - Arrival & first waves! (Feb. 18)
Arrive at Surfaris around 2p.m., settle into your room, and get ready to meet the crew during our welcome circle. Once introductions are done, it’s time to hit the water for your first sunset surf session of the trip – the perfect way to kick things off! After a warm shower, enjoy dinner and a cozy evening to recharge for the adventures ahead.
DAY 2, 3, & 4 - Let's surf! (Feb. 19-21)
Ease into the day with a morning surf session, soaking up the salt and sunshine. After breakfast back at camp, the rest of the day is yours to swim in the pool, explore the local area, read, or nap in a hammock. We’ll meet again later for a gentle yoga flow, followed by dinner and a relaxing evening with the group.
DAY 5 - And surf some more! (Feb. 22)
Begin the day with an early surf session, followed by breakfast and a slow, relaxed morning. After lunch, we’ll jump in the 4WDs and head to the beach, spending the afternoon soaking up the sun and swimming in a Tea Tree Lake. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and chill & a final chance to soak up the magic of the Northern Rivers coastline before heading back for dinner and a celebratory last night together.
DAY 6 - Final surf & see you laters (Feb. 23)
Wake early for one last surf session to wrap up an incredible week in the water. After breakfast, take your time to shower, pack, and say your final goodbyes (or see you laters!). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., leaving you sun-kissed, salty, and full of new memories and friendships to take home.
Please note, this is only an ‘example itinerary’. Given that surfing is an activity that relies heavily on weather and ocean conditions such as tides, swells and winds, our goal is to surf in the best location with the most optimal conditions so that you can get the most out of your surfing sesh! :) Our coaches will do a surf and weather check each day and decide on where to go from there.
Usually, conditions are better in the early morning. Thus, we will try to start the day in the water as early as possible. If not, we will wake up our bodies with a nice, gentle yoga flow. =)
