Booking your Wild Women journey is easy, here's how it works!

🧭 Step 1: Secure Your Spot

To reserve your place, simply:

• Complete our booking form

• Pay a 25% deposit by clicking the “Book Now” button on your chosen trip page

 

Once that’s done, your spot is officially held 🎉​

 

💌 Step 2: Booking Confirmation

You’ll receive a booking confirmation email with:

• Your trip details

• The amount you’ve paid

• The remaining balance owed

 

Keep this email handy, it’s your adventure receipt ✈️​

 

🗓️ Step 3: Paying the Remaining Balance

For international trips:

• You’ll receive an automatic invoice 90 days before departure

• Final balance is due 60 days before the trip

 

For domestic trips:

• You’ll receive an automatic invoice 60 days before departure

• Final balance is due 30 days before departure

 

No need to remember dates — we’ll email you when it’s time 💛​

 

💳 How You Can Pay

You’ve got options:

• Online payment link (includes a 1.9% surcharge)

• Direct bank transfer (no surcharge)

 

Receipts:

• Online payments = automatic receipt

• Bank transfers = receipt sent manually once received

  (There may be a short delay if we’re out guiding or travelling)

You can also request a manual booking and pay your deposit via bank transfer by simply emailing us. Easy!​
